FierceTelecom popped a story today that said that eBay was going to do an IPO on Skype next year. What’s interesting is if they said that to get a higher price from the old Skype owners, who are trying to buy it back, or because Skype has over 400,000,000 users. (And that’s a whole lot of potential customers that somebody ought to be able to figure out how to make money with…)
